A client in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to promote its products and services and support retail sales operations in Nanyuki.

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Agent will market and sell company products professionally, assist customers and contribute to sales growth. The role requires compliance with the financial controls, procedures and policies governing retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for airtime, customer acquisitions and devices.

• Monitor Telkom inventory and consignment stock, reconciling recorded stock movements with physical stock each day.

• Manage the daily cash float and account accurately for daily sales.

• Support and implement customer-experience improvements that contribute to increased sales.

• Provide technical assistance to customers, particularly when configuring data devices.

  
  

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

• At least one year of sales experience.
