A client in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to support sales and customer service at its Eldoret retail operation.

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell company products and services professionally while complying with the financial controls, procedures and policies governing retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets for airtime sales, customer acquisitions and device sales.

• Monitor Telkom inventory and consignment stock, reconciling stock movements with physical balances each day.

• Manage the daily cash float and accurately account for daily sales.

• Support and implement customer-experience improvements that contribute to sales growth.

• Provide technical assistance to customers, particularly when configuring data devices.

  
  

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least one year of experience in sales.
