Deloitte Nigeria, one of Africa's leading professional services firms, is accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Recruitment Refresh in Consulting. This full-time graduate-level role is based in Lagos and is open to fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in management consulting at one of the world's most recognised professional services brands. Selected candidates will join Deloitte Nigeria's Consulting business, working across Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory as well as Technology and Transformation - helping organisations solve complex business problems, implement change, and use technology to improve performance. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategy development and implementation for client organisations
• Support technology-led transformation and change management projects
• Assist with risk advisory and transactions-related engagements
• Help clients develop practical responses to complex organisational and commercial challenges
• Work across Deloitte Consulting's two principal practice areas: Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory, and Technology and Transformation

Requirements:

• Graduate-level qualification (degree discipline and minimum grade not specified — check the official portal for current conditions)
• Interest in management consulting, business strategy, technology transformation or risk advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced professional services environment
