Responsibilities:
SGM, Power Plant
- Lead captive power generation and energy management activities.
- Oversee coal and gas based power plants and Waste Heat Recovery systems.
- Ensure reliable power supply for production operations.
- Lead preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance programmes.
- Monitor boilers, turbines, generators and other power plant systems.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Drive energy efficiency and thermal performance improvements.
- Monitor power generation costs, fuel consumption and maintenance expenditure.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.

- 15 to 20 years of experience in power generation or cement manufacturing.
- 5 to 8 years of experience at HOD or GM level.
- Strong knowledge of captive power plants and Waste Heat Recovery systems.
- Experience in large scale continuous process industries.

Senior General Manager Production
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 25 years of relevant experience.

- Senior leadership experience within the FRSC is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transport regulations and trucking safety.

Senior General Manager - Mechanical
