Dangote Fertilizer is offering a structured Graduate Trainee Program designed to develop young professionals through practical training, hands-on projects, on-the-job learning, and supervision. Trainees will gain exposure to plant operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, quality control, supply chain, and other technical functions while developing industrial problem-solving and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured technical and professional training.
• Gain hands-on experience in plant and production operations.
• Support process engineering and chemical and petrochemical processes.
• Gain practical exposure to equipment, machinery, and maintenance.
• Support health, safety and environmental activities.
• Participate in quality control and laboratory operations.
• Support supply chain and logistics activities.
• Assist with technical documentation and industrial problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams and supervisors.

Requirements:

• First Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
• Applicants should have a degree in one of the accepted disciplines.
