Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Culture Lead

• Develop and implement employee engagement and workplace culture programmes.
• Coordinate initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and collaboration.
• Promote organisational values throughout the employee journey.
• Develop strategies to improve employee experience.
• Manage HR communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct employee surveys, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
• Manage stakeholder, partner, and service-provider relationships.
• Improve HR processes and service delivery.

• Requirement

  Reward Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • CIPM, HRCi, SHRM, CIPD, or a related certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, reward administration, and HR data management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience using HRIS software.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in reward administration.
  • Experience in an FMCG or multi-site organisation is essential.
  • Practical experience using HRIS software and Microsoft Office to manage and analyse reward data.
