Jefigs Credit Limited is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Officer to expand its client base across its loan products. The role combines lead generation, relationship management and market research with close collaboration across internal teams.
Generate leads and identify opportunities to grow the customer base across the company's loan products.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Conduct market research to support business development and marketing activities.
Present financial products clearly to prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth.
Review financial information, sales reports and market research to inform decisions.
Prepare clear reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
Five years of experience in business development and marketing, as specified in the detailed requirements.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
The ability to analyse financial data, sales reports and market research.
An MBA in Marketing and membership in MSK are added advantages.
