Job Description

BFG Global Consulting Limited, a professional consulting and research firm, is  recruiting Field Research & Data Gathering Officers across four states in Nigeria. The role involves conducting structured research across educational institutions, gathering data from schools, and engaging with administrators, teachers, and decision-makers. Applicants must have a background in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field research across assigned schools and educational institutions
• Gather accurate data using digital tools and physical methods
• Engage school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers through interviews and structured discussions
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of collected data
• Maintain professionalism and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Adhere to assigned timelines and reporting structures
• Ensure quality control and verification of all collected information

Requirements

• Background or experience in the education sector (teaching, school administration, or education research)
• Must reside in preferred location (Port Harcourt, Anambra, Lagos, or Jos)
• Strong communication and interview skills
• Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language
• Good understanding of the regional school landscape
• High accuracy in data collection and reporting
• Familiarity with digital and manual data collection methods
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Accountability, reliability, and punctuality
