Job Description
BAS Group is hiring a Community Manager for its Abuja office. The role involves managing online communities, engaging audiences across social platforms, maintaining brand voice consistency, and analyzing audience behavior to support growth and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and tone-of-voice consistency
- Deep familiarity with major social platforms as both a user and strategist
- Ability to understand and distill audience sentiment and behavior
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly in real-time engagement
- Strong organizational skills
- Curiosity about audience behavior and willingness to analyze data
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media for brands or organizations
- Familiarity with social management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Basic analytics understanding
- Experience with community building
- Content creation skills (video, reels, graphics)
