Associate, Data Management & Customer Insights, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and sales dashboards to track product performance and market trends
• Analyze business data points and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present data-driven analysis for business heads during sales calls 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and data chapter for MIS automation
• Support sales team with customized data analytics and business intelligence to drive revenue growth
• Manage incentives, vendor payouts and score cards 

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in data management in banking
• Demonstrated expertise in MIS development, sales dashboards, and business intelligence tools
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting
