CapitalSage Holdings, a multinational business group operating across financial services, technology, healthcare, agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics and digital commerce in Africa and internationally, is now recruiting 60 graduates for the inaugural cohort of SageForge, its flagship 12-month leadership and career acceleration programme. Selected Associates will begin with a six-week in-person Foundation Block in Ibadan, then be placed inside live CapitalSage businesses across multiple industries to work on real projects with real stakes from day one. This is not a passive observation programme.

SageForge gives graduates direct ownership of consequential work alongside experienced executives, with structured mentorship, stream specialisation, continuous coaching and a clear pathway to confirmed entry-level roles for top performers at the end of the 12 months. Open to graduates from all disciplines. Applications close 31 October 2026.

Requirements for CapitalSage Holdings Graduate Programme

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, Second Class Upper (2:1) or above preferred
• Must have completed NYSC before the programme begins in November 2026
• Must be available for the full 12-month programme
• Open to graduates from all academic disciplines
