Responsibilities:

Graduate Trainee - Quantity Surveying

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Support the measurement and valuation of construction works.
• Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, and project cost control.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs and procurement documentation.
• Review contractor quotations, invoices, and project variations.
• Maintain cost records and project documentation.

Graduate Trainee - Civil Engineering

• Assist with site supervision and construction monitoring.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Monitor construction quality, materials, workmanship, and project progress.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Follow applicable health, safety, and construction standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable.
• Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively with a project team.
• Ability to work on construction sites when required.
