Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) or CGPA 3.5/5.0
- Master's degree or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA)
- Both degrees from recognized top-tier universities (local or international)
- Minimum 3 years full-time post-NYSC work experience
- Not more than 30 years old at time of application
- Must pass aptitude test (minimum 50%) covering Numerical, Logical, Verbal Reasoning, and Situational Judgement
- Strong leadership potential, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills
