Available Positions

Head, Medical Operations

• Provide strategic leadership for medical operations.
• Oversee the delivery and quality of medical services.
• Lead medical utilisation management and clinical oversight.
• Manage provider relationships and monitor medical costs.
• Lead and develop the medical operations team.

Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate and manage prospective client pipelines.
• Promote HMO products and healthcare solutions.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
• Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.

Call Centre Executives

• Respond to member enquiries through approved communication channels.
• Provide information on healthcare services, benefits, and providers.
• Handle and follow up on complaints and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provider Manager

• Manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor provider performance and service quality.
• Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and documentation.
• Address provider concerns and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare reports on provider activities and performance.

Regional Manager, Medical Operations

• Provide leadership for regional medical operations.
• Monitor healthcare service quality and provider performance.
• Manage healthcare provider relationships.
• Review medical utilisation and support cost and quality management.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to regional teams.

Requirements

Head, Medical Operations

• Must be a medical doctor with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Valid registration and licence to practise in Nigeria.
• Relevant post-qualification experience in healthcare management, HMO operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare environment.

Sales Executive

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in an HMO/health insurance organisation.
• Demonstrable record of achieving sales or business-development targets.

Call Centre Executives

• B.NSc or Registered Nurse.
• Relevant professional experience in a call centre or customer service environment.

Provider Manager

• MBBS, B.NSc, or Registered Nurse.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, HMO operations, or provider management is an advantage.

Regional Manager, Medical Operations

• Must be a medical doctor with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Valid registration and licence to practise in Nigeria.
• Relevant experience in healthcare management, HMO operations, managed care, or a related environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead healthcare teams and manage stakeholders.
