The company is recruiting a Graduate Trainee - Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations, benefits administration and people data reporting while gaining practical experience across its People & Culture and Finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll preparation and processing for assigned Cellulant Group entities.
• Collect, validate and consolidate payroll inputs, including employee changes, allowances and deductions.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation, statutory deductions, filings and remittances.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to routine employee payroll and benefits queries.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and workforce information.
• Support employee benefits administration, enrolments and benefits changes.
• Maintain accurate benefits information within HRIS and other relevant systems.
• Assist with payroll costs, headcount and workforce data analysis.
• Support payroll and people dashboards and data checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in payroll, HR operations or people analytics.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, accounting, HR administration or statutory compliance is an advantage.
• Exposure to HRIS, payroll or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
