A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Limited is recruiting Graduate Trainees (Fleet Controller) to support fleet and delivery operations across its locations. The role is suitable for recent graduates with an interest in logistics, transport management, supply chain operations and fleet coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery officers throughout assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Track truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations and operational disruptions.
• Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
• Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
• Maintain accurate data for performance analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in any of the listed locations.
• Valid NYSC completion certificate or exemption letter.
