The full-time hybrid role offers practical experience across programme development, social impact, communications, technology, fundraising and community development, with a focus on initiatives supporting boys, young people and communities.

• Trainee Analyst, Programs

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of programmes and social-impact initiatives.
• Assist with programme coordination, implementation and operations.
• Support fundraising activities and programme communications.
• Develop content and storytelling materials.
• Contribute to community-focused initiatives.
• Use digital and AI-powered tools in programme activities.
• Manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
• Collaborate with professionals across MO Foundation and EaglePinPoint Group.

Requirements:

• First Degree or HND in any field.
• Completed NYSC with discharge or exemption certificate.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Interest or experience in programmes, content, sales or community work.
• Strong writing, storytelling, organisational and communication skills.
• Basic content creation, design or video skills, or willingness to learn.
• Interest in AI-powered and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Maturity, empathy and integrity when working with boys and young people.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
