African Natural Resources & Mines Limited is inviting fresh graduates and early-career engineers to join its Graduate Engineer Trainee Program. The programme offers practical exposure to plant operations, equipment maintenance, and professional development across mechanical and electrical engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Learn and follow engineering, safety, and operational procedures.
• Prepare reports on assigned tasks and learning progress.
• Work with other teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements

• B.Eng, B.Tech, or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of AutoCAD or maintenance software is an advantage.
