ADESA is offering a Customer Service Internship for recent graduates and serving NYSC members looking to gain practical workplace experience. The internship provides exposure to customer service, CNG products, safety standards, conversion services, and energy operations. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not compulsory.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and service-related requests.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints.
• Provide information about ADESA's products and services.
• Support daily customer service activities.
• Learn about CNG products and operations.
• Understand applicable safety standards and procedures.
• Support other customer service and operational activities as required.

Requirements:

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree.
• Must be a recent graduate or serving NYSC member.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn about CNG products, safety standards and operations.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
