Action Against Hunger is a global humanitarian and development organisation working to prevent and treat life-threatening hunger and respond to humanitarian and development challenges across multiple countries. The organisation is currently recruiting for multiple positions in Nigeria across logistics, programme coordination, MEAL, audit, risk, compliance and safeguarding.
Responsibilities:
1. Medical Stock Officer Pharmacist - Katsina
- Manage the availability and effective management of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products.
- Support medical stock management, pharmaceutical logistics and inventory control.
- Contribute to effective healthcare and humanitarian supply chain operations.
2. Project Coordinator - Katsina
- Support the coordination and implementation of project activities.
- Contribute to programme delivery, monitoring and reporting.
- Support stakeholder engagement and ensure activities contribute to organisational objectives.
3. Accountability Officer - Abuja
- Strengthen accountability to affected populations across programmes.
- Support feedback and complaints mechanisms.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with communities.
- Contribute to programme quality and accountability activities.
4. Audit, Risk, Compliance ARC and Safeguarding Head of Department - Abuja
- Provide leadership and oversight across audit, risk management, compliance and safeguarding.
- Strengthen organisational controls and accountability systems.
- Support effective risk management and compliance practices.
- Provide oversight of safeguarding-related processes.
Requirements:
Medical Stock Officer Pharmacist
- Qualified pharmacist.
- Experience in medical stock management, pharmaceutical logistics or inventory control.
- Experience in humanitarian or healthcare supply chains is relevant.
Project Coordinator
- Relevant experience in project or programme coordination.
- Ability to support programme delivery, monitoring and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
Accountability Officer
- Relevant experience in accountability, MEAL, community engagement or programme quality.
- Experience with feedback and complaints mechanisms is relevant.
- Humanitarian programming experience is an advantage.
Audit, Risk, Compliance ARC and Safeguarding Head of Department
- Strong understanding of compliance systems and risk management.
- Knowledge of audit and internal controls.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and organisational accountability.
- Leadership experience in relevant functions is expected.
