A.G. Leventis Nigeria Limited, one of Nigeria’s longest-established diversified companies with interests spanning automotive, food and beverage, real estate and technical services, is recruiting a Graduate Trainee for its Spare Parts division in Lagos. The role sits within the inventory and spare parts operations function, offering fresh graduates hands-on experience in parts receipt, identification, stock management, ERP systems and procurement support within a structured operational environment. Open to graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing and Supply who have completed NYSC.
A.G. Leventis Graduate Trainee Spare Parts Responsibilities
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, identification, storage and issuance of spare parts
- Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of stock transactions on the ERP system
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items, and reporting stock shortages
- Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
- Assist in identifying spare parts required for vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing
- Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests and stock transfer documentation
- Assist in tracking outstanding spare parts orders and following up on deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers
Requirements for the A.G. Leventis Graduate Trainee Spare Parts Role
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply or a related field
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing or automotive spare parts is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
