Responsibilities

English-Speaking Call Centre Agent

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with account, transaction and banking-related enquiries.
• Provide first-level assistance for online and mobile banking services.
• Handle enquiries relating to debit cards, credit cards and other account services.
• Record customer interactions and call information accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues within assigned responsibilities and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Protect confidential banking information and follow security and quality procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers.

Hausa or Igbo-Speaking Call Centre Agent

• Respond to customer calls and provide assistance in a professional manner.
• Handle enquiries involving accounts, transactions and banking services.
• Support customers using online and mobile banking channels.
• Assist with debit card, credit card and account-related requests.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Resolve enquiries within the scope of the position or refer them to the appropriate team.
• Follow banking confidentiality, security and service-quality requirements.
• Provide customer support in Hausa or Igbo as required.

HR and business solutions provider :

• HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 35 years old or below
• Passionate and hardworking with a strong sales drive
• Prior sales experience is an advantage

Requirements:

• BSc with at least Second Class Lower or HND with Upper Credit.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Must not be more than 40 years old.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good listening, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in Kano State or Lagos Island and be able to work from the selected location.
• For the English-speaking position, strong English communication skills are required.
• For the language-specific position, fluency in either Hausa or Igbo is required.
