TGI Distri Limited, a TGI Group company and one of Nigeria's leading distributors of consumer brands, is recruiting for its Commercial Trainee Programme (CTP) 2027 — a talent development initiative designed to build the next generation of commercial leaders in FMCG sales. Successful applicants will join the commercial (sales) department after an intensive induction exercise, followed by 6 months of rigorous frontline practical sales training. This is a full-time commitment for graduates who are passionate about FMCG sales, resilient, and genuinely willing to be deployed anywhere across Nigeria to build a serious commercial career.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 / Lower Credit
• Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years post-NYSC experience
• Passion for FMCG sales as a career path
• Proficiency in computer applications and office suites
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Not older than 28 years as of 31st December 2026
• Must be willing and ready to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria
