Talent45 is recruiting individuals to join its telesales team as Remote Telesales Executives. The role is suited to people who can communicate confidently, build rapport with prospective customers and turn enquiries into successful sales.

Successful applicants will work remotely, with access to sales leads, work tools and communication allowances. Before starting the role, selected candidates must attend a three-day in-person training programme in Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and introduce the company's products or services.
• Explain available offerings and respond to questions from interested prospects.
• Use persuasive communication to encourage customers to complete purchases or subscriptions.
• Listen to customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Maintain professional relationships throughout customer interactions.
• Work towards sales targets and generate successful conversions.

Requirements

• Must reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging and persuading prospective customers.
• Ability to communicate in English and relevant local languages.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service is an advantage but is not compulsory.
