ITEL ENERGY is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to strengthen its distributor and channel network across six Nigerian states. The role focuses on growing product sales, expanding market presence and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers and other channel partners within assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers and key channel partners to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and expand market presence across assigned territories.
• Drive product sales and maintain product availability through the distribution network.
• Monitor distributor performance, territory activities and market penetration.
• Track competitor activities and provide sales and market updates.
• Work with distributors and internal teams to resolve sales, stock and customer-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution coverage.
• Support the execution of sales strategies within assigned territories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in distributor or channel sales.
• Proven experience working directly with distributors, dealers or channel partners.
• Strong understanding of distributor management and territory sales.
• Good negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Ability to develop new business and grow sales within an assigned territory.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical products or related industries is an added advantage.
