Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of recruiting events both on campus and in-office
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications
• Manage candidate data and maintain recruiting systems
• Assist in application screening and reporting
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and leadership across Africa
• Handle administrative and scheduling tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BSc, or HND)
• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or employer branding is preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
