Responsibilities

• Record and verify company expenditures accurately
• Maintain financial records for projects and daily operations
• Organise receipts, invoices, payment vouchers, and other financial documents
• Reconcile petty cash and monitor vendor payments
• Track expenses against approved budgets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Support internal audits and maintain confidential financial records

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or administration
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial record management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Professional certifications and agribusiness experience are an added advantage
