Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO), a key subsidiary of the Sandesara Group and one of Africa’s fastest-growing indigenous oil and gas companies, is recruiting Graduate Engineering Trainees across its operational locations in southern Nigeria. Founded in 2005, SEEPCO famously reached first oil within just two years of signing its first Production Sharing Contract, building a strong reputation for operational speed and a hands-on technical learning culture.

This is an entry-level opportunity for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates aged 30 and below who are eager to build a career in oil and gas operations. Application deadline is 4 November 2026.

Requirements for the SEEPCO Graduate Engineering Trainee Programme 2026

• HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Not more than 30 years of age
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Openness to learning and building a career in oil and gas engineering
• NYSC discharge certificate required for graduates
