Schneider Electric is  recruiting recent graduates into its 2027 Graduate Programme, a structured 24-month development journey combining rotational assignments, real business projects, mentorship and practical learning. The programme is designed for graduates who want to build technical, commercial and leadership capabilities while contributing to sustainability, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work on real business projects with measurable business and customer impact.
• Gain practical exposure to Schneider Electric's technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in rotational assignments throughout the 24-month programme.
• Develop technical, commercial and leadership capabilities through structured learning.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to business challenges.
• Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
• Participate in mentorship and coaching with experienced leaders and subject-matter experts.

Requirements:

• BEng or BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources or Psychology.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university.
• Recent graduate from the Class of 2026 or expected to graduate within the next six months.
• Completed NYSC camp within the past three months or expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six months in 2026.
• Legally authorised to work in Nigeria.
• Willing and able to be based in Lagos for the duration of the programme.
• Available to commence the programme in February 2027.
• Committed to completing the full 24-month programme.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong interest in sustainability, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Successful completion of the programme does not guarantee permanent employment.
