1. Field Specialist Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
• Execute service delivery to customers at the wellsite
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programmes
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and support action plans
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives and maintain required safety training
• Provide support to the Job Delivery Lead and Service Delivery Managers
• Requirements:
• HND in Engineering or equivalent
• Must have completed NYSC

2. Maintenance Technician Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned equipment is continuously maintained to the highest standards
• Execute the company's Maintenance Strategy and comply with Technology Lifecycle Management standards
• Support continuous improvement culture and execute remedial work plans
• Implement reliability practices within the location
• Utilise maintenance business systems for cost, time, and equipment traceability
• Comply with Service Quality, HSE, and IT standards and policies
• Follow the assigned fixed-step training programme
