Scope and Impact

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling various loan products and serving as the liaison between customers and the company, helping qualified applicants access loan facilities while driving business growth.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will collect and prepare all documents required to process loan and investment transactions. The role also involves reviewing loan applications, evaluating risks, and supporting customers throughout the lending process.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility.
• Determine applicable financial ratios and establish repayment plans.
• Communicate with clients to obtain or provide necessary information.
• Justify loan approval or rejection decisions and prepare reports.
• Complete loan contracts and advise customers on lending policies.
• Review loan agreements for completeness and accuracy.
• Update customer records, payment schedules, and ERP transactions.
• Work with underwriters to resolve loan application issues.
• Stay updated on loan products and other financial services.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Build referral networks and cross-sell financial products.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
• Mobilize deposits to achieve business targets.

Key Performance Indicators

• Meet monthly loan and investment targets.
• Reduce non-performing loans.
• Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 90% across loan and investment products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar sales role.
• Familiarity with banking applications and financial software.
• Strong understanding of lending products and practices.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
