Premium HR Solution Limited is recruiting Agent Field Officers on behalf of a leading bank in Abuja, targeting candidates with at least one year of sales or marketing experience who are ready to hit the ground running in a field-based role. The position involves customer acquisition, agent onboarding, and promoting banking products including POS terminals and digital banking apps across Wuse Zone 3. Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform
• Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation
• Promote banking products and services including POS terminals, digital banking apps, and savings products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents
• Drive customer engagement and increase platform usage
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be 35 years old or younger
