Plantation Industries Limited is a cocoa processing company based in Akure, Ondo State, operating within Nigeria's major cocoa-growing belt and as an offshoot of Agro Traders Limited. Its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program offers early-career graduates the opportunity to gain structured exposure across technical, commercial, operational, quality and corporate functions within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Completed NYSC or currently serving with a clear completion date
• Maximum of 2 to 3 years post-NYSC experience
• Strong numerical, analytical and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
• Evidence of achievement outside the classroom, such as projects, internships, leadership, competitions or certifications
