Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd, an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas company established in 2004, operates across the downstream petroleum value chain, including trading, marketing, distribution and retail. The company is inviting applications from eligible NYSC corps members for its 2026 Graduate Internship Programme. This placement offers practical HR experience in recruitment, employee management and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job advert publication, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support employee onboarding and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, memos and reports.
• Monitor staff attendance and maintain attendance records.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide general HR administrative support.
• Organise and maintain electronic and physical HR documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be a current NYSC corps member who has recently completed orientation camp and is ready to commence their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
• Must possess an NYSC call-up letter.
• Must reside on Lagos Island.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Computer literacy.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.
