Responsibilities

Corporate Commercial Manager (Lagos)

• Provide legal and commercial advisory services
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Conduct legal research and support business transactions
• Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic projects

HRBP, Commercial & Supply Chain (Lagos)

• Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and workforce planning
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement, capability development, and change management
• Ensure HR compliance and operational excellence

Human Resource Executive (Kwara)

• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams on HR initiatives
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development
• Drive employee engagement and performance management
• Ensure effective HR operations and compliance

Assistant Farm Manager (Kaduna)

• Support poultry farm operations and flock management
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity and operational standards
• Monitor flock performance and coordinate with veterinary teams
• Assist with feeding, vaccination, and farm productivity initiatives

Power Apps & Power BI Developer (Lagos)

• Develop Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and automated workflows
• Build and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions
• Develop SQL queries and ETL/ELT processes
• Support reporting, analytics, and enterprise data integration

Requirements

Corporate Commercial Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong corporate commercial legal knowledge

HRBP, Commercial & Supply Chain

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• 6–10 years of HR business partnering experience
• Professional HR certification is an advantage

Human Resource Executive

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations

Assistant Farm Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or related discipline
• 7–12 years of poultry or livestock farming experience

Power Apps & Power BI Developer

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or Snowflake certifications are an advantage
