Youth RISE is recruiting a High-Level Communications & Advocacy Programme Lead Consultant to support its global advocacy and youth engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead global advocacy strategies and implementation
• Develop policy papers, statements, and UN-level submissions
• Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement
• Support speech writing and strategic communications
• Oversee website and social media content alignment
• Contribute to research dissemination and reporting
• Support fundraising and organisational development activities

Requirements

• Must be 34 years old or younger
• Strong experience in advocacy, particularly in drug policy or human rights
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communications, writing, and content creation skills
• Good understanding of UN systems and civil society engagement
• Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Slack, and Google Drive
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High level of professionalism and cultural competence
