Eterna Plc, a major player in Nigeria's downstream oil and gas sector, is recruiting Depot Sales Managers across four strategic locations including the newly active Dangote Refinery axis in Ibeju-Lekki. The role is focused on driving petroleum product sales, expanding market share, and managing customer accounts and depot operations within assigned territories. These are senior commercial positions for professionals who already understand how the downstream oil and gas business works and have the track record in sales or depot operations to back it up.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for petroleum products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Coordinate product loading and logistics operations
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient product delivery
• Monitor customer accounts and credit performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong commercial, sales, and business development skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or depot operations
• Good understanding of the downstream oil and gas sector
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
