Nigerian Breweries Plc, a member of the HEINEKEN Company, is recruiting an experienced Security Administration Manager to provide strategic leadership across its Corporate Security function. This opportunity is ideal for seasoned security professionals with expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, workforce management, and security operations within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security governance through effective policies, controls, and process improvements
• Support the development and implementation of security procedures and standards
• Manage security budgets and optimize resource utilization
• Drive financial compliance across security operations
• Oversee security vendors and service providers
• Coordinate guard force management and improve service delivery
• Monitor security operations and recommend process improvements
• Provide security intelligence and risk insights to support business decisions
• Prepare security reports for key stakeholders
• Maintain security documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support audit readiness and address compliance gaps
• Identify and mitigate security and operational risks
• Build productive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and security partners
• Use performance reporting to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of five O'Level credits, including Mathematics and English
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
• Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Professional security certification such as CPP, PSP, PCI, or CSMP
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• FMCG industry experience is preferred
• Military, Nigeria Police Force, or DSS experience is an added advantage
• Master's degree is an added advantage
