MTN Nigeria is now accepting applications for its 2027 Global Graduate Development Programme, open to Nigerian graduates who obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit in 2024 or later and completed NYSC by September 2026. The programme combines structured formal training through the MTN Academy with practical on-the-job experience, job rotations, mentorship and direct exposure to senior executives across MTN’s operations. Requirements for the MTN Global Graduate Development Programme 2027

• Must be a Nigerian citizen
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit
• Must have graduated in 2024 or later
• Must have completed NYSC by September 2026 with a valid discharge certificate
• Fluent in English
• Possess a valid international passport
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, numerical and research abilities
• Digital literacy and familiarity with emerging technologies
• Digital marketing knowledge and technology security awareness
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Additional relevant skills: project management, UI/UX design, web and application development, customer service and digital technologies
