They're looking for a paid ESG Intern to work alongside their team on research, thought leadership, funding identification, and proposal writing. Responsibilities

• Research ESG trends, clean energy developments, and policy updates globally
• Create thought leadership materials and social media content
• Identify and track funding, grants, and partnership prospects relevant to Mente Energy's work
• Support the writing and preparation of concept notes and proposals
• Contribute across Mente Energy's ESG and clean energy projects as needed

Requirements

• First degree in Law, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, STEM, or other relevant undergraduate or polytechnic degree
• Curious — reads widely, follows threads, and enjoys figuring things out
• Strong writer who communicates complex ideas clearly and with confidence
• Digitally savvy — comfortable with AI tools, design tools, and Microsoft Office
