Responsibilities

Fellow

• Lead a workstream within a client service team.
• Analyse data and conduct research to solve client problems.
• Develop actionable recommendations and support implementation.
• Work directly with clients and McKinsey colleagues.

Associate Intern

• Contribute to client workstreams during the 8 to 10-week internship.
• Conduct research and analyse information.
• Develop recommendations for complex client challenges.
• Work collaboratively with client service teams.

Associate

• Lead workstreams and solve complex client challenges.
• Analyse information and test hypotheses.
• Develop recommendations and support implementation.
• Work directly with clients and McKinsey experts.

Engagement Manager

• Lead teams of 3 to 5 consultants on client projects.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and outcomes.
• Develop tailored solutions to client challenges.
• Lead client workshops and support implementation.

Business Analyst

• Identify and solve client challenges with consulting teams.
• Gather and analyse information and test hypotheses.
• Develop recommendations and present findings to clients.
• Support implementation of recommended solutions.

Delivery Manager

• Lead large-scale business transformation projects.
• Support organisational development, productivity and performance improvement.
• Lead client workshops and transformation initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams.

Requirements

Fellow

• Master's degree.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in different environments.

Associate Intern

• Currently enrolled in an advanced graduate degree, such as an MBA or PhD.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying environments.

Associate

• Advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing situations.

Engagement Manager

• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in international environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
• Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Analyst

• Undergraduate or Master's degree, or 1+ years of work experience after an undergraduate degree.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage an independent workstream.

Delivery Manager

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including consulting experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Telecommunications or Financial Services preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation projects.
