LIFEPAGE Property & Investments Limited, a Lagos-based property and investment company, is recruiting for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme - a 12-month full-time development initiative built around real work, not classroom simulations. Trainees start in client-facing commercial roles, following actual property and investment transactions from first conversations through to completion, with an assigned mentor and direct access to senior leadership throughout. Open to graduates from any discipline, this programme is particularly well-suited to someone who wants to break into real estate and commercial investment with hands-on exposure from day one. Top performers may be considered for permanent roles at the end of the year. Application is 100% FREE — do not pay anyone at any stage.

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised institution in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC, be exempted, or complete NYSC before the programme begins
• No more than 2 years of post-graduation work experience
• Active LinkedIn profile
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for personal development
• Available full-time for the entire 12-month programme
• Must already live in Lagos and be able to commute to the office daily (accommodation not provided)
