The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a flagship leadership development programme for talented professionals passionate about global development. The programme offers international exposure, technical development, mentorship and the opportunity to contribute to development work across the World Bank, IFC and MIGA.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects addressing global development challenges.
• Build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Work with professionals across the World Bank Group and its global operations.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field by the programme start date.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong technical expertise in the selected application stream.
• Strong English language skills.
• Must be a citizen of a World Bank Group member country.
• Must not be a current World Bank Group staff member.
• Applicants must meet the programme's eligibility criteria at the time of application.
