International Facilities Services (IFS) Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (Engineering Services & Facility Management) to lead its operations across Nigeria and other international markets. This executive leadership role is ideal for a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in facility management, engineering services, and multi-site service delivery who can drive operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across facility management and engineering service lines
• Lead service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
• Drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
• Coordinate operations, customer service, and sales support functions
• Translate business strategy into operational plans and measurable KPIs
• Strengthen client relationships and support business development initiatives
• Build accountability, operational structure, and high-performance teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical operations, facility management, engineering services, or project management
• Strong background in facility management, engineering management, or complex service operations
• Hands-on technical experience with Power, Electrical, and/or HVAC systems
• COREN registration is preferred
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations or service portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, decisive, and execution-focused
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales and account growth
