Responsible for the daily operations of the apartment complex.
Respond to guest enquiries on various rental platforms
Update database with reservation information
Manage and approve guest check-in and check-out times
Schedule and organize housekeeping services before the guest is due to check-in or after guest checks out
Order linen & household supplies for housekeeping services
Carry out housekeeping checks and guest check-ins
Provide guest support during their stay
You will be responsible for communicating with guests, housekeepers, linen providers, handyman, order diesel and make sure the generation is up and running etc to ensure everything runs smoothly, all our properties are spotless & sparkling, and guests are happy!
Bsc or HND
Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Must reside around Amuwo, Ago, Festac, Coker and environs.
Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 per month plus commission
