Responsibilities

Duty Agent

• Manage passenger check-in queues and booking activities
• Respond to customer enquiries about Green Africa products and services
• Provide travel information, ticketing support, and fare quotations
• Process reservations and issue tickets when required
• Deliver excellent customer service to build customer loyalty
• Resolve customer complaints and travel-related issues
• Prepare customer invoices and process payments
• Maintain accurate booking records and passenger information
• Prepare daily sales reports
• Perform post-departure and front-line documentation duties
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Airport Manager or Duty Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and proactive with a positive attitude
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
