Fort Knox Outsourcing is recruiting Marketing Executives to support customer acquisition and business growth across multiple locations in Nigeria. The role is ideal for candidates who are confident in sales, field marketing, customer engagement and working towards measurable targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned location.
• Conduct field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly marketing and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and terms to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and conversions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage in field marketing activities.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.

Benefits:

• Salary: ₦215,000 per month.
• Pension.
• HMO.
