Roles are based in Lagos with regular offshore visits, or directly offshore. These are experienced technician and specialist-level positions requiring between 3 and 10 years of oil and gas experience, with FPSO background strongly preferred across all roles. Available Positions
1. Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Nigeria (Offshore)
Responsibilities:
- Identify material needs, source required materials and services, and initiate procurement
- Assist Maintenance First Line Supervisor and Planner in scheduling and execution activities
- Obtain return authorizations, purchase order assignments, and shipping arrangements for material returns
- Update daily work order confirmation based on Maintenance First Line Supervisor status
- Conduct department material and contract invoice reconciliation
- Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion, Offshore/Marine, Structural Engineering, Metallurgy, or Petroleum Engineering; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years verifiable oil and gas maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant maintenance execution experience
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, CMMS (SAP), and Work Management Practices
- Previous offshore or FPSO experience preferred
- Good understanding of P&IDs, ESD, Fire & Gas systems
2. Process Technician
Location: Offshore Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough working knowledge of unit operations, safe operating limits, and control schemes
- Comply with safe work standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Management of Change
- Conduct surveillance and sampling rounds with Operations Excellence mindset
- Monitor equipment, support optimization, and troubleshoot activities
- Execute Emergency Response expectations across practical scenarios
- Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Process or Instrumentation; BSc acceptable with minimum 3 years verifiable process technician experience in oil and gas
- Minimum 3 years relevant oil and gas operator technician experience
- Must be a Nigerian citizen with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Previous FPSO experience preferred
- Knowledge of crude oil processing, DCS, P&IDs, and LOTO procedures
3. Maintenance Integrity Supervisor
Location: Offshore Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive corrosion engineering surveillance and integrity performance monitoring
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to prevent equipment failures
- Develop prioritised listing of integrity issues for shutdown and non-shutdown deficiencies
- Execute integrated risk-based and cost-effective integrity management solutions
- Ensure timely recognition and communication of SHE risks related to equipment integrity
- Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion, Offshore/Marine, or Structural Engineering; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years integrity execution experience
- Minimum 10 years integrity execution experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Practical knowledge of Inspection and NDT methods: UT, RT, MPI, DPI, Eddy Current Testing
- Knowledge of corrosion management, cathodic protection, CUI, CUPS, and API 510/570/RBI methodologies
- Previous offshore or FPSO experience preferred
4. Mechanical Specialist
Location: Lagos with regular offshore visits
Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance design philosophies for specific mechanical equipment
- Provide technical support and coordination across business lines
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide operations support
- Serve as mentor and share expertise across the broader organisation
- Support cost management and productivity improvement plans
- Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Instrumentation and Controls or City and Guilds Level 4 in Mechanical; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years verifiable mechanical technician experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant mechanical technician experience
- Must be a Nigerian citizen with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- SAP/CMMS proficiency and ability to read technical and manufacturer manuals
- Specific knowledge of gas and diesel generators, pumps, compressors, HVAC, and process valves
- Previous FPSO experience preferred
5. Instrument Specialist
Location: Lagos with regular offshore visits
Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance design philosophies for instrument equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues
- Support cost management and productivity improvement plans
- Provide input to training development and delivery
- Serve as mentor and subject matter expert across the organisation
- Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Instrumentation and Controls or City and Guilds Level 4 in Instrumentation; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years verifiable instrument technician experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant instrument technician experience
- Must be a Nigerian citizen with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Technical knowledge of all types of instrumentation, DCS, PLC systems, pressure/temperature/level instruments, control loops, and control valves
- Previous FPSO experience preferred
6. Electrical Specialist
Location: Lagos with regular offshore visits
Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance design philosophies for electrical equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Support turnarounds, new project support, and constructability reviews
- Serve as mentor and subject matter expert across the broader organisation
- Share best practices and provide feedback across business lines
- Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Electrical or City and Guilds Level 4 in Electrical; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years verifiable electrical technician experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant electrical technician experience
- Must be a Nigerian citizen with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Technical knowledge of HV and LV power distribution, motor drives, alternators, inverters, switchgear, and electrical protection devices

7. ICSR Specialist (Instrumentation, Control Systems & Cybersecurity)
Location: Lagos with regular offshore visits
Responsibilities:
- Support cybersecurity, reliability, and integrity of Industrial Control Systems through automation and process control expertise
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation measures
- Design, deploy, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity solutions across people, processes, and technology
- Perform vulnerability management and reduce attack surfaces within ICS environments
- Support incident detection, response, recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and company requirements
- Requirements:
- HND in Instrumentation and Controls or City and Guilds Level 4 in Instrumentation; BSc acceptable with minimum 5 years verifiable ICSR technician experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant ICSR technician experience
