Available Positions

1. Internal Control Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assess effectiveness of internal controls including segregation of duties, access, and authorisation
• Conduct reviews and testing of financial and operational data
• Document findings and prepare audit reports
• Collaborate with departments to resolve control gaps
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions
• Train staff on internal control practices
• Investigate fraud, misconduct, or irregularities
• Requirements:
• BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Banking and Finance
• ACA certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

2. Deputy Harvesting Manager (Sugarcane)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Harvest Manager in coordinating sugarcane harvesting operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
• Ensure adherence to harvesting SOPs including dry-off, quality, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with factory teams and stakeholders
• Supervise manpower, safety, and operational compliance
• Support efficient harvesting logistics and execution
• Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
