The Area Sales Manager role is a senior field leadership position for an experienced FMCG sales professional with strong knowledge of the North-West market, while the Driver role is based in Ikeja Lagos and requires someone with a valid licence and solid knowledge of Lagos routes. Available Positions

1. Area Sales Manager

Location: Sokoto | Deadline: 10th September, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Manage and mentor sales representatives
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors
• Ensure prompt payment collection and credit compliance
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Enhance brand visibility and market penetration
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years FMCG sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong knowledge of North-West market terrain
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within the region

2. Driver

Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales team and transport goods safely
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine checks
• Keep accurate movement logs
• Report accidents or damages promptly
• Requirements:
• FSLC, SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence and LASDRI
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools
• Must reside in Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, or nearby areas
